Collect the approved bananas.
Commerce studies, management education, professional roles and real business exposure. A genuine foundation in how organisations and people work—not a wasted prequel just because the plot later changed.
LIVE FIELD REPORT / 24 OCT 2026 / EARTH SERVER
One human followed the tutorial, collected respectable bananas, questioned the rules, and accidentally built a jungle of ideas.
A funny, sometimes uncomfortable, evidence-aware report on an unfinished life. Not a success story. Not a diagnosis. Definitely not financial advice from a monkey.
NO LEADERBOARD. NO SELF-WORTH SCORE. ONE VERY CONCERNED BANANA.
NOTHING BROKEN. NOTHING FINISHED.
For years, the game offered a familiar quest: study, qualify, work, earn, advance. There is nothing inherently wrong with that quest. Education and economic stability matter. But somewhere along the way, a second question appeared: what is all the progress for, if you forget to experience the life being progressed?
Maybe the problem isn't that the monkey has too many identities. Maybe the monkey thought he was required to choose only one.
That is an interpretation of a life, not a universal psychological law. The story below is selective, public-facing and deliberately playful.
01 / FIELD HISTORY
Not a straight line up. More like an open-world game with several genres, evolving questions and an unreliable quest-giver called Society.
Commerce studies, management education, professional roles and real business exposure. A genuine foundation in how organisations and people work—not a wasted prequel just because the plot later changed.
What is status worth? Why do intentions fail to become actions? How much of an identity is inherited, chosen, or performed? Curiosity expanded from management into psychology, philosophy and consciousness.
Fragrance becomes a medium for memory and mood. Ideas about behaviour become interactive essays and tools. Building replaces some of the distance between thinking something and making something.
The Sahilverse grows: websites, original writing, design experiments, educational concepts and creative prototypes. The directory is a map of exploration—not a guarantee that every destination is finished or independently validated.
Connection matters. So do consent, friendship, reciprocity and boundaries. A delayed reply is an observable event; another person's hidden motives are not. Real affection does not always arrive in the form our imagination ordered.
The work is real; so are its unfinished edges. Long-term sustainability is still a question. A meaningful life may include building something important—and watching the light fall across an entirely ordinary afternoon.
02 / HONEST SIGNALS
No invented percentages. These are qualitative descriptions, not measurements of a person.
VISIBLY ACTIVE
Writing, reading, connecting ideas and pursuing unfamiliar fields keep appearing in the record.
DEMONSTRATED
Sites, creative experiments, fragrances and essays exist. Finished and unfinished work must still be distinguished.
NOT ESTABLISHED
Creative output does not automatically establish recurring income, product demand or reliable margins.
DEVELOPING
A conceptual model is not the same as a validated theory. Hypotheses are invitations to test, not trophies.
NOT A METRIC
Mutual care, dignity and boundaries cannot be inferred from message-count dashboards.
HAPPENING NOW
The only category that does not require a launch, a grade or anyone's applause.
03 / FIELD GUIDE TO BEING A PERSON
Some observations are biographical. Some are philosophical. Some connect to established research. The distinctions matter.
Credentials, money and competence can create genuine opportunities. They are not, by themselves, complete definitions of living well. The trap isn't ambition; it is outsourcing the entire meaning of your existence to external comparison.
Research lens: Self-Determination Theory distinguishes external rewards from forms of motivation supported by autonomy, competence and relatedness.Read the theory ↗
“They did not reply” and “They must dislike me” belong to different categories. An interpretation may be plausible or useful—but plausibility is not proof. The ability to name uncertainty can protect relationships from unnecessarily confident stories.
Practice: Separate what happened, the story I told myself, and what I still don't know. Try the interactive evidence lab below.
Making a tool can teach you something. A prototype can reveal a better question. But clicks are not customers, an essay is not a clinical study, and putting a theory on a beautiful website does not validate it. Discovery requires both imagination and reality checks.
Practice: Label work honestly: idea → prototype → tested → validated / sold. These are different states, not moral rankings.
Autonomy is not the absence of constraints. Bills, health, relationships and maintenance are real. A sustainable creative life requires noticing which constraints enable choice—and which merely imitate other people's definitions of success.
Research lens: If–then plans can help translate chosen intentions into action. They are tools for valued goals, not commandments to optimise every minute.Planning research ↗
You do not need to turn every feeling into a product, every conversation into a dataset, or every peaceful hour into a progress report. A chosen value can be making art. It can also be sharing food with someone you love.
Research lens: Psychological flexibility concerns responding to the present moment in the service of chosen values, rather than winning a war against every unwanted thought.Explore ACT ↗
04 / INTERACTIVE LAB
Your mind is a powerful narrator. Occasionally it submits fiction as a police report.
Classify each statement. The goal is not a score: it's practising the difference between an observation, an interpretation and something not currently knowable.
SOCIAL LIFE / CASE 01
Someone saw your message. Two days passed without a reply.
05 / THE IMPORTANT INTERRUPTION
People have inner worlds you cannot inspect. Good relationships are built through mutual regard, reciprocal effort and respect for boundaries—not mind-reading, pressure or secret scorekeeping.
A friend's affection can matter without becoming romance. A boundary can be clear without making either person a villain. A mystery can remain a mystery.
07 / THE ENDGAME THAT ISN'T AN ENDGAME
Somewhere, a person is listening to music. Someone is laughing with a friend. Someone is learning something unprofitable but beautiful. Someone is finally allowing a quiet afternoon to remain quiet.
None of these needs a product launch to count as living.
“Monke not waiting for life to begin. This is the life.”
08 / READ THE FINE PRINT, DEAR PRIMATE
This is an authored interactive essay about a public-facing version of Sahil's creative journey. It is not a psychological profile, an official timeline of every private event, a business performance report, or a scientific validation of Sahil's original frameworks. The monkey is a narrative device.
Biographical summaries are selective and interpretive. Scientific concepts are credited to their sources. Interactive tools teach distinctions and invite reflection; they do not measure you.
